- Represented the arrangers, agents, lenders, issuing banks and green loan coordinators in connection with a $510 million Green Loan Principles-aligned build-transfer project financing of a 300 MW solar energy project in Missouri.
- Represented the mandated lead arranger, Green Loan coordinator, agents, issuing banks, and lenders in connection with a $70 million Green Loan Principles-aligned refinancing for a portfolio of behind-the-meter battery energy storage systems in Southern California.

- Represented the arrangers, agents, lenders, issuing banks and green loan coordinators in connection with a $919 million syndicated, secured corporate credit facility to support one of the largest fleets of non-regulated renewable energy assets in the US.
- Represented a leading independent specialist infrastructure credit fund manager, in connection with a $85 million credit facility for an industry-leading provider of end-to-end parking technology including electric vehicle charging station infrastructure.
