  • Represented the arrangers, agents, lenders, issuing banks and green loan coordinators in connection with a $919 million syndicated, secured corporate credit facility to support one of the largest fleets of non-regulated renewable energy assets in the US.
  • Represented a leading independent specialist infrastructure credit fund manager, in connection with a $85 million credit facility for an industry-leading provider of end-to-end parking technology including electric vehicle charging station infrastructure.
