Overview
Samah Ahmed is an associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Palo Alto office. She is a member of the firm’s Technology Transactions, and Capital Markets and Securities practice groups. She also has experience working on emerging company and venture capital matters, and has worked with various startup companies on matters involving NFTs, cryptocurrencies/tokens, and other intellectual property.

Ms. Ahmed received her law degree from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law in 2021, where she served as Supervising Editor of the California Law Review. She earned a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Public Health from Tulane University in 2018.
