Sam Limmer is Of Counsel in the Real Estate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in Washington, D.C. Sam’s practice focuses on a broad range of commercial real estate transactional matters, including joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions, financings, and restructurings and settlements, as well as related foreclosures and receiverships. He has advised developers, operators, private equity firms, financial institutions, special servicers, and other institutional clients in a variety of commercial transactions throughout the U.S. involving multifamily, office, retail, hospitality and gaming, life sciences, film studio, industrial, residential, and condominium properties as well as multi-asset portfolios. Sam also has significant experience in real estate M&A transactions and has advised clients in real estate aspects of general corporate, financing, and restructuring matters.
