Sam Rubinroit is an associate in the Corporate Department and is based in the firm’s Century City office. His practice focuses on global finance and media and entertainment.

Sam received his law degree and MBA from Northwestern University in 2025. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from Brown University in 2014. Sam is admitted to practice law in California. 

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Sam worked at the National Football League as a director of club business development.
