Spencer Emanuel is an associate in the Real Estate department and is based in the firm's New York office. Mr. Emanuel represents developers, private equity funds, leading financial institutions, and non-bank lenders in a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions.

Mr. Emanuel received his law degree from Cardozo School of Law in 2022, where he served as a Staff Editor of the school's Journal of Conflict Resolution. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan in 2019. Mr. Emanuel is admitted to practice law in New York.
