Overview
Stanley Zhao is a China associate in the Corporate Department and is based in the firm’s Shanghai office. His practice focuses on initial public offerings and transactions related to the Hong Kong capital market.
Stanley passed the bar examination in China in 2024 but does not hold a current practicing certificate in China. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Stanley worked in leading domestic and international law firms. He is fluent in English and Mandarin.
