Travis Escobar is an associate in the New York office of Paul Hastings and is a member of the firm’s Real Estate practice. He practices in all areas of commercial real estate, including acquisitions and dispositions, equity sales, financings and refinancings, restructurings, recapitalizations and workouts, commercial leasing and complex joint-venture agreements. Travis represents major financial institutions, developers, private equity funds, commercial landlords and tenants, and other investors in and owners of all types of real estate assets.

Travis earned his law degree from Vanderbilt University, where he served as a research assistant to Professor Sharece Thrower and earned a certificate in Law & Business. He earned his Bachelor of Arts, with honors, from the University of Florida. He is admitted to practice law in New York.
