
Overview
Victoria Luttman is an associate in the Structured Credit practice and is based in the firm's New York office. She focuses her practice on the representation of various financial institutions, issuers, underwriters, and collateral managers in structured finance and securitization transactions, particularly collateralized loan obligation transactions.
Ms. Luttman received her law degree from Cornell Law School in 2017, where she was a General Editor of the Cornell International Law Journal. She earned a Bachelor of Economics degree majoring in Economics and Commercial Law from the University of Sydney in 2012.
