
Overview
Victoria Morgan is an associate in the Employment Law practice and is based in the firm's Los Angeles office. Ms. Morgan represents employers in all aspects of labor relations and employment law in both single-plaintiff and class action matters, including discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, harassment, wage and hour, and trade secret matters.
Education
Ms. Morgan received her law degree in 2022 from Duke University School of Law (Order of the Coif). At Duke, Ms. Morgan served as an Executive Editor for the Law & Contemporary Problems Journal and as a teaching assistant for 1L Legal Writing. Ms. Morgan earned her B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Law (magna cum laude) from the University of Southern California, where she was an All-American golfer. Between college and law school, Ms. Morgan competed as a professional golfer for two seasons. Ms. Morgan is admitted to practice law in California.
