Whitney Phair is an associate in the Real Estate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Her practice focuses on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, debt financing and sale-leasebacks. 

Whitney received her law degree from the Washington University School of Law in 2025, where she served as an executive editor for the Washington University Law Review and as a student attorney for the First Amendment Clinic. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from SUNY College at Old Westbury in 2020. Whitney is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia.
