Yingting Zhuang is a China associate in the Corporate Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Shanghai office. Her practice focuses on initial public offerings and transactions related to the Hong Kong capital market, as well as providing post-IPO compliance services.
Yingting passed the Chinese bar examination in 2023 but does not hold a current practicing certificate in China. Yingting is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
