2023 PTAB Bar Association Annual Conference

Paul Hastings is proud to sponsor the 2023 PTAB Bar Association Annual Conference, taking place on March 8-10, 2023 at the Ritz-Carlton in Washington, D.C. The conference provides a forum for PTAB stakeholders, including practitioners, in-house counsel, and judges, to discuss case law developments, best practices, policy updates, and key trends. Daniel Zeilberger, Of Counsel in the Intellectual Property practice, will particpate on a panel titled “Effective Use of an Expert in a PTAB Trial” which will discuss the dos and don'ts for using an expert and providing expert testimony during a PTAB trial. Dan also currently serves on the Association’s Board of Directors.
