Paul Hastings Advised Abry Partners on the Sale of Options Technology to Vitruvian Partners

Paul Hastings LLP advised long-standing private equity client Abry Partners in connection with the sale of Options Technology (“Options”), a global leader in capital markets infrastructure, to international investment firm Vitruvian Partners.
