Paul Hastings Advised Affiliates of Fort Partners in Redevelopment of 15th Century Palace Near Vatican into Four Seasons Hotel
Paul Hastings LLP advised affiliates of Fort Partners in connection with the redevelopment of Palazzo della Rovere, a 15th century palace near the Vatican, into a Four Seasons Hotel. As part of the transaction, Palazzo della Rovere will undergo a multi-million dollar restoration and will feature approximately 55 to 60 guest rooms, a tree-lined restaurant, and views of St. Peter’s Basilica.
The new property is scheduled to open in 2025 and is about a three-minute walk from St. Peter’s Basilica.
