Paul Hastings Advised Andera Partners in MBO of Telamon

Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised Andera Partners (Winch Capital 4 fund) in connection with the capital reorganization of Telamon, resulting in a capital increase for Christophe Bouthors, its chairman, and the group's management team.
