Paul Hastings LLP advised Morgan Stanley and BTG Pactual in connection with the debut offering of $400 million in senior secured amortizing notes due 2029 by Stirling Square Capital Partners portfolio company Omni Helicopters International (OHI), a leading helicopter services company that provides air mobility and delivery services to remote offshore and onshore areas.
