Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised the senior lender on all UK and French legal aspects in connection with the investment by Hg in Nomadia, a leading European SaaS provider of smart mobility solutions.
Nomadia secured a majority investment from Hg, a leading investor in European and transatlantic software and services businesses, to help build a European leader in smart mobility and field service management software.
