Allison Talker is an associate in the Employment Law Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. Her practice covers all aspects of employment law, including single plaintiff and class or collective actions, employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, advice and counseling, pay equity, employee mobility, breach of contract, and wage and hour matters. Allison has represented employers in multiple jurisdictions in state and federal courts, arbitration and administrative proceedings, defending against claims across industries. She regularly assists employers on best practices to mitigate the risk of litigation, reviews employment policies and procedures, and advises on novel employment issues.
