Ms. Wise has extensive experience advising clients on tax considerations of corporate transactions for various business entities. Ms. Wise received her law degree from Lewis and Clark Law School and her LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. She is permitted to practice law in Oregon, Washington and Hawaii.
