Bhavjyot Kaur Singh is of counsel in the Corporate Department at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Chicago office.
Her practice focuses on the representation of leading commercial and investment banks, alternative lenders, private creditors and specialty lenders. Bhavjyot’s broad-based domestic and international finance practice includes syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings, asset-based facilities, cash-flow facilities, distressed credit, special situations and restructurings. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, she practiced as a finance associate at another international law firm.
Bhavjyot practices across a variety of industries, including software, healthcare and hospitality, with extensive experience negotiating credit and security documentation.
