Associate, Structured Credit
Chris Georgakis is an associate in the Structured Credit practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s London office. Mr. Georgakis focuses on structured finance and securitizations, with a particular focus on CLOs. He advises arrangers/initial purchasers, investment managers, issuers, and corporate services providers on a range of CLO transactions, including warehousing, issuances, refinancings, and resets.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Mr. Georgakis spent over five years in the securitization practice of a large international “Magic Circle” firm in London gaining considerable experience in RMBS, auto loan ABS, and covered bonds.
