Deyvid Madzharov is of counsel in the Corporate Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Atlanta office. Deyvid focuses his finance practice on representing private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers and financial institutions in secured and unsecured loan transactions for both U.S. and internationally-based businesses. He represents clients in a wide range of financing transactions, including acquisition financings and leveraged buyouts, working capital financings and refinancings, investment grade financings, asset-based financings and other debt financing transactions. He also maintains an active pro bono practice.
Won an appeal before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit for Hewlett Packard on issues of first impression.
JP Morgan in a consolidated securities class action in the Southern District of New York and in various state actions relating to allegations first made by the New York Attorney General relating to misconduct in connection with auction rate securities.
