Diane Holden is Of Counsel in the Corporate department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Atlanta office. She is a member of the Fintech practice, providing transactional, regulatory and general corporate guidance to banks and non-bank financial institutions, financial services and financial technology companies, payment networks and investment firms.
Diane is experienced in advising clients on acquisitions, and investments and in negotiating commercial agreements between parties in the global payments space. She also regularly provides guidance on regulatory issues within the payments space with respect to electronic payments, virtual currencies, stored value and money transmission.
