Dylan Crosby is of counsel in the Litigation department at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's San Francisco office. He is a trusted advisor to clients across diverse industries, including, energy, real estate development, construction, transportation, agriculture and timber, mining, and technology companies.
Dylan regularly advises clients on a variety of sensitive business concerns, from commercial disputes, corporate governance, regulatory inquiries and investigations, to environmental and land use, torts, and class actions. He handles all aspects of civil litigation in state and federal courts across the United States. Dylan also has extensive experience handling litigation under the California and federal open records laws (e.g., California Public Records Act and Freedom of Information Act), and mandamus proceedings under California law.
