Emily Stover is an associate in the Employment Law Department at Paul Hastings. Her practice focuses on litigation and counseling on a wide range of employment and labor issues. She has experience representing employers in matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wage-and-hour issues.
Emily’s practice also involves advising and litigating employee mobility and intellectual property matters including trade secret misappropriation, theft of confidential information, breach of contract and disputes over restrictive covenants in employment-related agreements.
Emily earned her J.D. from UC Hastings, cum laude, in 2017. She served as a senior editor of the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly, and also competed on the Hastings Trial Team, where she won a National Championship and individual awards. Emily continues to participate in the Hastings Trial Team program as an alumni coach.
