Laura Amadon is of counsel in the Litigation Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Palo Alto office. Her practice focuses on securities and shareholder litigation, corporate governance disputes, complex commercial litigation, and internal and government investigations. She represents public and private companies, boards of directors and senior executives in securities class actions, derivative litigation, shareholder disputes and demands, and disputes arising from significant corporate transactions.

Laura also advises technology and growth companies and their boards on litigation, governance and disclosure issues in connection with financings, strategic transactions and other significant corporate events. Her commercial disputes experience includes contractual, post-closing, trade secret and confidential information matters, as well as arbitration. She also represents clients in internal investigations and matters involving the SEC and DOJ.
