Matthew Poxon is a partner in Paul Hastings’ Corporate M&A practice and co-chair of the firm’s London office.
Matthew has a broad corporate practice with a particular focus on both public and private mergers and acquisitions. His practice also covers private equity transactions, including private acquisitions and disposals, public takeovers and joint ventures, as well as equity capital markets and governance matters.
