Max Rosenberg is a partner in the Investment Funds & Private Capital practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office.
Max represents private fund sponsors and investors in all aspects of structuring, documenting, offering, negotiating and operating private funds and related investment vehicles, including real estate, credit, infrastructure and private equity funds, as well as co-investment vehicles and continuation vehicles. He regularly develops structures and terms on behalf of fund sponsors ranging from large financial institutions to leading middle-market managers and select emerging managers, and negotiates with leading public and private pension plans, sovereign investors, insurance companies, foundations, endowments, fund-of-funds, private wealth channels and other institutional investors from around the world.
