Siarra Rae Rogers is an associate in the Antitrust and Competition practice of Paul Hastings. Siarra’s practice involves representing clients in all aspects of antitrust matters, from transaction inception to potential litigation. Her practice is particularly focused on premerger clearance and antitrust investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission and state attorneys general.
