Sophie Bainbridge is a partner in the Corporate Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the London office. Sophie advises on structured finance transactions across various asset classes, including CLOs and CLO warehouses, equipment lease receivables, mortgage loans, trade receivables, student loans and portfolio acquisition financings (both performing and non-performing).
Sophie has undertaken two in-house secondments at a global alternative investment manager and another major financial institution.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Sophie worked in the structured finance practice of another US law firm in their London office. Sophiee trained and qualified at a Magic Circle firm, including overseas secondments in Singapore and Moscow.
