Tiffany Monzon is an associate of the Mergers & Acquisitions practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office.
Tiffany advises public and private companies, financial institutions, private equity and private debt sponsors, and special committees on a variety of U.S. domestic and cross-border corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, auctions, strategic investments, joint ventures, corporate governance, capital markets transactions and other complex commercial matters. She also has experience advising clients in restructuring and special situations matters.
Tiffany has worked across numerous industries including financial services, telecommunications, food and beverage, sports, aerospace, industrials, energy, infrastructure, consumer products, healthcare, investment management and technology.
