MidCap Financial in connection with the high-profile bankruptcy proceedings related to Chicken Soup for the Soul Entertainment, the entertainment company that operates Redbox, Crackle and other businesses. The bankruptcy filing disclosed nearly $1 billion in debt.

Morgan Stanley in providing $12 billion committed bridge financing to support Fox Corporation’s $22 billion acquisition of Roku.
