Most recently, we partnered with investment firm Pantheon, a leader in the funds sector on ESG (Environmental Social Governance) and D&I (diversity and inclusion). Our latest case study shares research and interviews with senior Pantheon executives about ESG and D&I, and includes practical ideas that other organizations within the funds industry and beyond can adapt and use in creating purposeful and more inclusive cultures.
Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA) Research Project
In partnership with MCCA, from 2018 through 2020, we embarked on a series of case studies examining how corporations across industries are changing culture in their organizations. This project takes a focused and analytical approach to explore culture and the relationship between inclusion and diversity in an organization.
