Paul Hastings was recognized as “Finance Team of the Year” at the Legal Business Awards 2022 in London. The judging panel highlighted its role advising 12 banks and five funds on a first and second lien financing package of c.€1.45 billion for Advent’s purchase of Caldic BV and its contemporaneous merger with GTM.

The team was led by London-based finance partner Luke McDougall, and included partners Adrian Chiodo, Peter Hayes and Edward Holmes, as well as associates Bernard Lung, Andrew Lowndes, Kassia Lewis-DeBoos, Alon Blitz, and Charlotte Rice.

In addition, Paul Hastings was shortlisted for “Private Equity Team of the Year” and “US Law Firm of the Year”.
