London – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that it has represented Abry Partners II, LLC, the media, communications, business and information services focused private equity investment firm, on its disposal of a majority interest in AddSecure to funds advised by Castik Capital S.à r.l..
AddSecure is a leading European provider of premium solutions for secure data and critical communications. Castik will become the new majority shareholder of AddSecure upon closing while Abry will maintain a minority ownership position with AddSecure management also investing into the company.
