Abry-backed LINK Mobility Group lists on Oslo Børs

London - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, has advised Abry Partners II, LLC, the tech, media and communications focused private equity firm and Link Mobility Group on Link Mobility’s listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange (OSE). The offering comprised primary, secondary, and additional shares equating to NOK 6,902 million, the biggest IPO in the Nordics so far this year and was more than 10 times covered outside the cornerstone investors.

Abry Partners acquired Link Mobility in 2018 (with Paul Hastings advising) and Link is now one of Europe’s leading communication providers, specialising in mobile messaging services, mobile solutions, and mobile intelligence. Under Abry Partners’ ownership, Link Mobility has undertaken several acquisitions, including the acquisitions of French communications firm Netsize and eastern European mobile messaging group Teracomm Group.
