Filtration Group Acquires Essentra’s Porous Technologies Business

LONDON – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that it has advised Filtration Group, an affiliate of Chicago-based Madison Industries, on the acquisition of the Porous Technologies business of UK-based industrial group Essentra plc for £220 million.

Essentra Porous Technologies is a world leading producer and distributor of the essential components that control liquids and vapors in products used in homes, offices, operating rooms, and beyond. Filtration Group serves a highly diverse set of customers with offerings that span life science, process technologies, fluid and environmental air applications.
