Paul Hastings Advises Crédit Agricole Private Equity on the LBO of SVP Group

Paris, France (September 13, 2011) - Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Crédit Agricole Private Equity in connection with a LBO, structured with the management, of SVP, a group of company specialized in services to business and local government.

The transaction will create a long-term strategic alliance between management and the new shareholder to support and accompany the groups organic growth, and accelerate its development through acquisitions.

Senior financing was provided by BNPP, CADIF, and Banque Palatine, with IFE providing mezzanine financing.
