has joined the firm as a partner in the Finance practice in its London office. Mr. Giordano, who is one of the leading Italian finance partners, has practiced in the UK since 1996, and leaves Ashurst to take up his new role with the Firm.

Ugo Giordano qualified in Rome and has significant experience in capital markets, securitisation, structured finance, structured products, banking and securities regulation.
