Paul Hastings Strengthens International Corporate Practice With Addition of Geza Toth-Feher to London Office

London(February 7, 2005) – Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP (Paul Hastings), a leading international law firm, is pleased to announce today that Geza Martin Toth-Feher, previously at CB Equity Partners, has joined the Corporate Department as Of Counsel, resident in the London office.  Mr. Toth-Feher specializes in public mergers and acquisitions, acquisition finance and private equity investments.

Mr. Toth-Feher has represented a range of corporations and financial institutions in such transactions as public offerings, private equity investments, restructurings, and various forms of acquisition finance.  In addition, he also has expertise in German transactions. Geza's practise has involved advising corporations such as GE Capital, CSFB, Chase Manhattan Bank and Lehman Brothers. Geza's representations include advising the US private equity group Lone Star in its bid for a controlling interest in Germany's tenth largest banking group, Bankgesellschaft Berlin."
