The SEC plans to host its 2014 Government-Business Forum on Small Business Capital Formation on Thursday, November 20, 2014, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., at its headquarters at 100 F Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20549. The 2014 Forum will include both morning panel sessions and afternoon breakout groups. The panel sessions will be webcast live on the SEC's home page at www.SEC.gov beginning at 9:00 a.m.

Securities and Capital Markets partner Michael Zuppone will be participating in two sessions. Both sessions are also available by webcast.
