American Conference Institute’s 12th Annual Practitioners’ Think-Tank on ITC Litigation & Enforcement

Members of Paul Hastings’ Intellectual Property Litigation Practice are proud to speak at ACI’s virtual ITC Litigation & Enforcement conference, taking place on August 24-25, 2020. The conference focuses on recent developments in Section 337 investigations and litigation, including updates to domestic-industry case law and evolving public interest considerations, and features speakers from the ITC, the PTAB, and companies including Samsung Electronics America Inc., Intel Corporation, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Dell, Microsoft Corporation, Sony Corporation of America, and more.
