The Paul Hastings Securities & Capital Markets practice is hosting its second roundtable discussion for investment bank in-house counsels on October 24th, 2019.
Discussions will include topics such as the new SEC proposed rules to amend Regulation S-K provisions regarding business, legal proceeding and risk factor disclosures and trends in 2019 IPOs.
Following the roundtable, we will be hosting a relaxed and intimate evening of dinner and drinks at Le Bernardin.
