Paul Guan to Speak at the 5th Cornell University Centre for Real Estate & Finance Chinese Forum

Paul Guan, our Hong Kong real estate partner, will join the Commercial Real Estate & Cross-border Real Estate Investment panel discussions at the 5th Cornell University Centre for Real Estate and Finance Chinese Forum in Shanghai on 3 August, 2017. He will speak alongside speakers from Gensler, Phoenix Capital, Henderson Land, Government of Singapore Investment Corp (GIC), Global Logistics Properties (GLP), China Merchants Land, and Wells Fargo Securities. The panel discussions will be moderated by Ying Hua, Associate Professor of Cornell University, and Vincent Peng, Deputy General Manager of China Merchants Capital respectively.
The forum will also cover the topics of Global Asset Allocation, Global REITS Challenge, Securitization and REITS, and Healthcare and Senior Living.
