Key Issues in International Anti-Corruption Enforcement

Wednesday, December 11 4:00 PM GMT to 5:00 PM GMT

Paul Hastings presents an interactive seminar focusing on key issues in international anti-corruption enforcement presented by anti-corruption and FCPA partner Nathaniel Edmonds of our Washington, D.C. office.

Topics covered will include the increasing cooperation between the U.S. and other countries on anti-corruption enforcement, “Princelings” and other new risk areas, and key issues in due diligence and compliance.

As the former Assistant Chief of the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Mr. Edmonds assisted in the supervision of all FCPA cases in the U.S. in recent years. He was also the primary U.S. DOJ liaison with Chinese officials on anti-corruption issues.
