Paul Hastings Advised Tikehau Capital in Amarenco’s Fundraising

Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised Tikehau Capital, through its T2 Energy Transition Fund, in Amarenco's €300 million fundraising, which will allow Arjun Infrastructure Partners to acquire a minority stake in Amarenco.
Corporate partner Alexis Terray led the Paul Hastings team, which also included associate Nicolas Lovas.
