Paul Hastings Advises Deerfield Management in Series Seed Financing for Atlas Data Storage

Paul Hastings LLP advised funds managed by Deerfield Management in connection with the $155 million Series Seed preferred stock financing of Atlas Data Storage, a newly formed company focused on DNA data storage technology spun out from Twist Bioscience Corporation (Nasdaq: TWST).
The Paul Hastings team included partner Samuel Waxman, associate Adam Winer and legal intern Maximilian Diehl.
