Global Competition Review Awards (2026)
Represented Advanced Micro Devices in a worldwide monopolization suit and related global and domestic regulatory investigations, obtaining a $1.25 billion settlement and wide-ranging injunctive relief. The historic settlement was one of the largest single-plaintiff recoveries ever reported. The settlement capped a series of litigation and regulatory wins around the world.
Secured summary judgment for Align Technology, the maker of Invisalign, in a series of class actions alleging monopolization of multiple product markets through the use of alleged refusals to deal, discount programs and bundling of goods and services. Following class certification in November 2023, the Paul Hastings team secured summary judgement in both cases, a complete win for our client. For our work on the case, Paul Hastings was recognized as “Litigator of the Week Runners-Up” by The American Lawyer.
