Elise Wurtman is an associate in the Employment Law practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Elise’s practice includes representing employers in both single-plaintiff and class action matters, including in pay equity, discrimination, retaliation and wrongful termination matters. In addition to litigation, she is experienced in providing advice and counseling to employers to tackle novel employment issues and conducting confidential, high-profile workplace investigations.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Elise served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Patricia Bamattre Manoukian of the California Court of Appeal, Sixth Appellate District, and an extern at the United States Attorney's Office for the Central District of California.
