Jason Rednour is a partner in the Corporate Department of Paul Hastings and a member of the firm’s Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions practice groups, as well as chair of the firm's Orange County office.
Jason’s practice focuses primarily on representing private equity funds and private equity-backed companies in equity financings and mergers and acquisitions.
Jason has represented clients in matters in various industries, with particular emphasis on assisting private equity funds in the acquisition and sale of software and other technology companies.
Jason previously served as an intelligence analyst and German linguist in the United States Army Military Intelligence Corps.
